Les and I switched the Park Run from yesterday to today because tomorrow's weather was going to be bad. With only one recovery day since the intervals, I didn't expect to run well at all. However, after a strong coffee, even though I had tired legs, I warmed up well, so I thought I have a decent run after all.
Sure enough I did. 21:21, and the last mile was my fastest, (7:04) since we have been doing this workout. I was 2 seconds faster last mile than I was when I ran 20:58.
