3 mile warm up, followed by 2 sets of 200,200,400 on the track @ 45,45,1:29, 44, 44, 1:28. Then I did a hard lap around the astro turf field @ 1:36. Finished off with 2 hill pushes. my recovery was slow, probably due to my lack of fitness and I'm still not 100% from the chest cold. It did feel good to finally run a little speed.
I had a PT session with Tim Fagerson and he dianosed me with hamstring attachment tendinosis. I'll be on a 12 week rehab program, focusing on eccentric strengthening.
