This was my last run in my Saucony Grid Propel Plus 2. I have two new pairs so I am all set for trainers for now. I ran hard from 2.3 to 4 miles. 2.3 to 3 was a steady climb. from 3 to 4 was a gradual incline. Mile 6 to 7 (mostly flat) I pushed the pace especially from 6.6 to 7 miles where I focused on Chi running, getting good pushoff on the balls of my feet, This 6:28 was the fastest I've run in months. Left hamstring was slightly tight running at this speed, but otherwise I felt fine.
