I am all or nothing when I don't get enough (4 hours) sleep. I was very tired. I wanted to do 12 miles, especially since I don't know if I will be able to run tomorrow as we have more snow coming tonight. I struggled to run 9:00 pace and 6.5 miles.
A few weeks ago, the day after a Park Run and 4 hours sleep, I had an awesome 12 miler. Sub 8:00 pace on the hilly Lochfoot course!
