My first 10 mile training run in 2 years! I ran most of the Dumfries Half Marathon in reverse. Rain form miles 2-6. Miles 7-10 were tough, uphill, against the wind and I was desperate to make a pit stop which I finally did at mile 10.

I was planning on 10, but realized this course was longer than I thought, about 12 miles, so I said, just do 11 ans walk the rest of the way. At 10.7, the knee started bothering me, so I stopped right there and walked it in. It was sore walking but I think I will be ok.
