6 sets of 45, 45 and 90 seconds with equal recovery. The first 200 of each set were into the wind. 2ndones had tailwind. The 90 seconds had headwind/tailwind.
I felt great. Hammy tightened, but held out ok.I feel real good about the consistency of the last five 9o second ones.
