Notes

I had thoughts about doing a faster workout today so I laced up my DS Trainers. But soon I realized that my legs were trashed. Even though I've been sleeping better I seem to be running with tired legs and my average training pace is slower then in Boston. My legs haven't adapted to all the hills out here. Once I adjust, I feel this will make me stronger!
