I wanted to do 3.5 or 4 mile tempo. But hamstring/glute was tight and sore, so I kept it a 3 miles.
Splits: 7:01, 6:55, 6:49. (6:50 pace.) I felt I could have gone faster or longer if not for the leg. To add a bit more quality, I did a 5 mile warmdown quick at 8:11 pace.
