I was out in Worcester so I ran on one of my old stomping grounds... WPI track. Running here brought back a ton of interesting memories. I felt a bit stiff on the run. I need to work on longer stretching sessions in the next few days. Now just a couple of short 3-4 mile runs and then it's show time. :)
