Notes

I went to the track to do a track workout. I wanted to do 10 minute tempo, followed by 4 x 800, 4 x 200, but I bailed out after I hit the first tempo mile @ 6;50. At this effort I should have been around 6:30. I knew then that this wasn't the time to run hard. I decided to push my hard run until tomorrow night with Reno at L Street.
