Great workout! After warming up, knowing that because of the hamstring, I wouldn't be able to do the last mile pickup very fast. opted instead to run a medium effort, going a bit faster each mile.
Good thing too as the last mile at 7:09, I was starting to feel it in the hammy. so I really can't run much faster than that pace right now anyhow.
I ran with the leg wrapped with the ace bandage and that seems to help.
