Notes
This was one of those days that I didn't have much and I just had to 'gut' out the run. First 2 miles were very cold and against the wind. Hilly route. My body was cramping, left leg, gluts, groin and feet were hurting. The last 4 miles were tough into the wind.
I can't believe how beat up I felt today. Running 8:40 miles today, I thought how did I ever run 7;20 pace for the marathon?
