Club workout at the Crichton. First interval workout since October, I wasn't concerned with speed. the plan would be to start slow and hopefully get faster and not suffer with glute/hamstrings.
It was a success! I teamed up with Sandy and we did 5 x approx 800, (.48). Glute was fine and only minor hammy attachment pain in right leg.

3:34 (7:25)
3:31 (7:22)
3:28 (7:15)
3;27 (7:13)
3:19 (6:56)
Ave: 3:28 (7:15). To put things in perspective, last year on the same workout, I averaged 3:09. I have work to do to get back in shape.
