I've been meaning to start using my HRM and every time I get out there and realize I forgot to strap it on. Today I remembered, :o) I was running easy so it was surprising to see the HT as high as it was. I would love to be able to run hard enough to get my max HR, so I can do this properly, but no way the bad wheels won't allow me to run that hard. However I should be able to do this on the bike so I can look into that.
Today feet felt decent from mile 2 to 6.5. Last 1.7 mile they were starting to give out. The flat course at dock park helped with my feet.
