9 hill repeats. Tough against the wind. Hamstring was sore a bit doing hills, so I wasn't sure if I could strides. I started the first one but knew after 15 seconds, the hammy wasn't going to like it. Plus I was going slow for the stride, only 6:45 pace. Hopefully this isn't going to set me back in my training. The hard 2 miles I had planned for Friday might be happening.
