Road/trail. I felt great the entire run! I jammed my right foot on the trail which bothered me a bit the rest of the run. Miles 8-11 @ 7:10, 6:56, 6:39. I tightened up a bit (hamstring) on the third mile but I managed. I felt very focused and the run just flowed naturally.
This was the strongest I've felt since the marathon. My only issue is the foot as I limped around the rest of the day.
