Last week of hills.1:48, 1:50, 1:47, 1:48, 1:40, 1:47. 5 seconds faster than last week.

My hamstrings were tight, (the recent heat wave didn't help) so I only did one stride.

These 6 weeks really show the positive progression of my fitness. I have a love/hate relationship with hill repeats because they are so tough, yet I do improve and get faster from doing them! This 6 week block has really helped my confidence and I now look forward to having a very good Fall season.
