Track workout with Reno. 6 x 200,200,400 with equal rest. Left leg tightened up a bit so I had to focus on relaxing and Chi Running. Glutes were very tight as usual after hard runs.
I got under 80 seconds for the first time in a 400 in years! :)
Great workout... speed is coming along nicely. I'm way ahead of where I was this time last year.
