Notes
This run was a nice surprise. I went out after Eleni and I got back from Glasgow, (attending Stephen and Shelia's wedding). I was tired and thought running would be a struggle. However, right from the start, I was full of run. After doing the opening mile in 8:36, I knew this was going to be an awesome run and it was! :-)
I picked up the last mile in 7:04 without working too hard. I am hoping that next week, when I do this workout again, I will get that last mile under 7:00.
