I was planning on doing 12 x 400 at the same loop I did with th club Thursday night. However, with people leaving work soon, I knew the cars would be problem with me running hard in the car park.

So I opted to do the workout on the grass field across the street. This worked out great. The grass was cut short, so the footing was good. The loop was linger than a 400 - .31 of a mile. I did 10 reps with a 1:30-1:35 recovery (.14 mile).

I really loved running here. Nice and soft for the joints. The only downside was I stepped in a hole on the 8th intverval and torqued my left me. Fortunately, I was able to continue without any problems, so I think I am ok.
