Notes

After traveling by bus/plane for 12 hours I still was looking forward to this run. I felt emotionally ready to run fast, but soon realized that traveling all day does take it's toll. I used my new Garmin GPS watch for the first time and I love it. What a great devise for tracking workouts. I've always run this route fast and now I know why. I found out it was about 20-25 seconds short. :)
