This was the worst conditions I've run in a long time. Nasty cold rain with 30mph winds. At 3.5 miles I had to stop and wring out my gloves because my hands were numb. Last half mile they were getting numb again. I thought during the run that I hope we don't get anything like this at the marathon!
When I got home I weighed my clothes... it was 10 lbs!
