Notes
This was supposed to be a tempo run, but with the pain yesterday if I could just run at all, it would be a bonus. Even if the knee was fine, i don;t know if the hamstring is ready to run faster yet.
All that didn't matter as I was sooooo flat. I had very low energy all day, so I decided to run very easy, (plus not knowing how knee would respond) and take it easy. The knee had responded well to ice and I didn't have any pani in the morning and during the run, just some very light pain a few times. So I am very relieved about this.
It was nice and sunny, so I just kept this easy and really could run much faster anyhow as I was dead legs out there.
