Notes

Usually I feel flat the second day after a hard day, but not today. I felt great!!! Right from the start I knew this was going to be a 'good day at the office'. :) This was the start of a new marathon training block. I did 10 x 40 second strides with 40 second recovery. The legs were fine, not very tight at all, something I haven't experienced in a long time. So this was a confidence building day.
