I started slow and the right glute/hammy wasn't too bad. However, as I got faster, it started hurting, especially the hammy. I decided to stop running for a few days and hopefully I will be able to do the long run this weekend.
I am stopping eccentric strides because the right hammy hurts when doing them for the past few days.
I still have Proximal Hamstring Tendinopathy, but it doesn't bother me too much when running.
