I did race 1 last month and was 2 seconds faster today. with tougher, (windy) conditions. I thought I would be slower, so pleased with the result. Plus, I wasn't as rested. Looking to go sub 22:00 next time.
I paced off Gordon who beat me by 7 seconds at the first race in the series. I pulled away in the last mile by 12 seconds. I didn't know until after the race that he did the Moffat 15K yesterday!
1st in 65-69.
