Notes

I planned in doing a track workout, but I didn't to wait until tomorrow becauase my right hamstring was tighter than it has been in weeks. So I decided to "listen to my body" and run smart! This will also be good because an extra easy day will help me fully recover from Sun/Mon workouts.
