Best day of the year. 67 and not a cloud in the sky.
I did 5 miles and then switched to the new Avia 2030's that Scott sent. Checking the shoe out I knew ot was going to be difficult me, as it was a stability shoe with a very stiff mid-sole.
I waited until 5 miles in as my Achilles were warmed up and feeling good. Sure enough, I struggled to run 3 miles in them.
So this means they will have to be a casual walking shoe for me. It's too bad as i am due for shoes, plus they cost a lot more here.
