I taped up my right and it felt better. There was still some pain though. I did 4 x 200 strides on the track. I felt good on this run until the last mile when the heat got to me. I struggled with my breathing even though I was running easy (8;15 mile). It felt like I wan't breathing properly. Very strange. The left leg , (tibia) hurt for the first 10 minutes and then was fine.
