I can't believe how much this run took out of me. Right from the start I felt tired... more tired than yesterday. So I relaxed and tried to find a comfortable rhythm. About 9.5 miles my glut/butt/hamstring started really bothering. I struggled badly from that point until mile 13 where it released a bit and I was able to pick up some from 13-15. Right now 2 hours after the run i feel very wiped out and in pain on the left side. Today was just a tough day.
