I snapped out of my tiredness and had a great workout.
6 hill repeats. Splits: 1:03, 1:03, 1:03, 1:02, 1:02, 1:00. Ave. 1:02.
Much more consistent than last week and 1 sec faster.
Followed up with 6 x 200 strides. Left quad started to become sore on the 5th one, so I eased of the last one.
Splits: 45, 46, 45, 45, 44, 47. Ave: 45.
