I was running well and enjoying pushing the hills when at mile 4 I had to run quickly across the street because of a fast moving car. That did my hamstring in. By 4.5 miles I had to stop and jog home.

Apparently I am still a long ways off from fast running of I can't handle a quick pick up across the street.
