I improved from last week and the workout felt easier. 4 x 400 (with 400 rest) @ 86, 85, 83, 83. 1 mile @ 5:51 and then 4 x 200 @ 40, 40, 39, 38.
This was great workout. Canceling it from yesterday was the right move. Last week the mile was 5:56 and I took 800 before the mile. This time and I only took a 400 recovery. It was great see see a couple of sub 40's on the 200's. It's been awhile since I've done that.
