Notes

I did the CD 5 mile loop and then added 10 x 1 minute strides with 1 minute rest. The Achilles only slightly bothered me the first 10 minutes and therafter I didn't even think about it. This is such a huge relief because I didn't want to have to go through the problems I had last year at this time. My turnover on the strides felt quick, fast and powerful... so a very positive workout!
