I was in Worcester so my plan was to do hill repeats on the first place where I did them with Reno about 18 years ago, First off I ran the entire Bancroft Tower (easy if there is such a thing on a hill like this) in the direction of the old Charlie's 10 miler. I wanted to see how tough the hill was after not running it for so long. I knew it was brutal, but this thing is a monster! 350 foot climb in a half mile! I did the repeats on the reverse side like we did years ago. I was still a bit weak from my stomach bug, so I didn't have much. My pace was very slow. I did 6 reps and followed up with 6 strides on the WPI track. I can't believe Reno used to run the whole damn hill on repeats!
