I did 4 miles in the snow before it got too heavy and followed up with 6 miles on the treadmill. I did 16 x 1 minute with 1 minute rest. I slowly worked into the pace as I hadn't done any speed at all since the psoas issues. I started slow at 7:30 pace for the first one and got progressively faster each one capping off the last one at 6:18. My goal was to test the groin by going faster until it bothered me. It was starting to hurt on the last 2 so I stopped at 6:18. This is encouraging and I'll soon try a tempo tun around 6;30 pace.

Running in the snow was fun except with the layer of snow I couldn't see the icy patches, so I had to be cautious.
