Notes

First speed workout since the summer. Reno and I did 4 sets of 45 sec, 45 sec and 1:30 on the grass (equal recovery.) Finished up with 1 set of 200, 200, 400 on the track @ 42, 42, 82.

My hamstrings were a bit tight but otherwise OK. This was a very encouraging workout becuse all of last year my 400's were 87-90! :)

The best part was I didn't force anything... I ran relaxed and the pace was a lot faster than I thought I was running - a great sign!
