Did 4 mile tempo 6:31, 6:29. 6:31, 6:36, 25:59 (6:30 pace). My legs felt heavy warming up, but once I started I was fine. This felt a bit easier than the last 2 tempo's which were @ 6:32 pace, so I'm coming along nicely! I went out at 7:00 PM. This is part 1 of my simulated workout in prep for RTB relay. Tomorrow morning I will run a very hilly 10 mile race as a hard training effort, so I'll only have 12 hours recovery.
