Notes
Not doing the workout earlier was the right decision. I didn't feel great, but much better than this morning. The new track at the Keswick Centre is wonderful. I planned on doing 4 sets of 200,200,400, but when I got there, they were closing in a half hour. I knew it would be tight to get all 4 sets in and sure enough right as I was finishing the 2nd 200 on the 4th set, I got hailed to get off the track. Another 90 seconds and I would have been on that last 400!
However I am pleased because by the 3rd set, I was a bit faster than I expected for the first time out.
