Notes
Yesterday I was surprised at how strong I felt. Today I was shocked at how dead I was. I was planning on about 8 miles with strides. That plan went right out the window. I had absolutely nothing. I felt tired before I left, but I knew that the run could still be great. I've had some of my best days when I felt very tired when I started. Today wasn't one of them. My first mile was the fastest and it was downhill from there. So today I listened to my body and decided not to force it. I'm sure I will bounce back with a good track workout tomorrow.
