I decided today to run as far as I could at an easy comfortable pace without stressing the hamstring. At mile 4 I started to feel some twinges. I didn't have the wrap on as tight as yesterday so I stopped and re-wrapped it tight and this helped. By mile 8.5 I could feel the leg starting to rebel so I went straight back home. Leg didn't like the hill with a half mile to go. I have yo be careful on those Scottish hills next week. I really need hill training, but I have to be sensible. It's been 6 months without any hill work because of Achilles and now hamstring.
