Notes
This was the opposite from yesterday's run. The Achilles reminded me, 'that we are still here.' The pain got worse instead of better. At 1.25 miles i stopped, turned around and started walking home. I walked for a few minutes and tried running again. It was pretty bad until 2 miles when I was able to manage enough to run. I had run carefully, flat footed on the hills. I called it a day at 5 miles and we shall see what tomorrow brings.
