Best day of the year so far weather wise. Sunny, low wind and 55. I felt great so I put in a fartlek run. From mile 4-5 I did 4 x 1 min with 1 min recovery. After the hill from 5 to 6, I pushed miles 7-8. This week so far has been excellent. Totally opposite than last week!
