I wrapped my leg and went out and I was able to run! I was very cautious, started slowly 10 min 1st mile and gradually ran a little faster. The pain was light and didn't get worse. i was temped to do more, but I'm playing it safe. Hopefully tomorrow I can go longer and faster. Did 10 eccentric strides. these really help my hamstrings.
