Park Run with Les. Glute felt ok warming up, but about a half mile into it, it started to get worse. I started slowing down just before the mile and dropped off the pace at one mile and ran easy off the course.
I was surprised as I was fine when I did the 4 mile tempo on Thursday. I could have sucked it up and ran hard, but that might have made things worse. I also had some pain the the hamstring.
Until this clears, no hard running.
