First 4 mile tempo of the year. It was a warm day, but this didn't affect me, I was hoping for sub 7:00 pace, or close to it. I was very happy to run 6:55 with no hamstring or glute issues. I am on track to have a much better year than last year, with all I dealt with last year. It will be curious to see if I can make it back to 2016 fitness. Two years older, so it will be challenging, but possible.
