I thought I would feel great today after 2 days off. I was in Natick so I ran on the Boston course. I even gave myself the option to make this a long run if I was having a good day and left water on the route. Right from the start this was the worst I felt in months. Left leg, (groin/inner thigh) was killing me the entire run so I stopped after 5 miles. Usually when it bothers me it goes away after a mile or two, but not today. The sidewalks were still icy, so the footing was bad.
