Road intervals. 6 x 45 sec, 45 sec, 90 sec, with 1 min, 1 min, 2 min rest. I wasn't able to get the legs to turn over as fast as I did last week on the track. Very humid conditions. Finished off with 6 x 40 second eccentric strides.
