Notes
The past few days were great to run. But not today. Cold, windy and heavy rain. I ran in Raynham after my show. I drove to a state park to get away from the cars on the road because I would have been soaked with splashed with water. This was a nice quiet place to run. Rolling course with trails I'll explore if I come here again. The run was a struggle to get my legs turned over. They felt heavy. I knew right away that this wasn't a day for fast running with the way I felt and the weather. I just ran by effort and tired to pick up the pace the last 3 miles. This was one of those runs where I just had to hang in there and get through it. I didn't feel tired, but heavy instead. The soaked clothes, shoes didn't help. So now the work is done for Boston!
