The Achilles was 100%! :o)

I felt a bit heavy and tired, but I ran very well. Last week I did 2 miles of rolling hills, pushing the hills fairly hard. This time - 3 miles from miles 4-6.

I feel next week I can move to 3.5 miles of hills.
